Hallo an alle Marcos Freunde,
Hello to all Marcos friends, (english version second half of the Mail.)
nach einem furiosen Start im letzten Jahr freuen wir uns, Ihnen zum Saisonausklang 2006 erneut das Marcos Euregio Treffen in Verbindung mit dem Nürburgring-Classic Event anbieten zu können.
Die Preise sind unverändert wie im vergangenen Jahr 150 ? pro Fahrzeug und 2 Personen Besatzung. Die Hotelunterkunft ist ebenfalls wie im Vorjahr wieder zum Sonderpreis verfügbar. Beim Wettergott wurde für 2006 Sonne pur bestellt.
Ähnlich wie im letzten Jahr ist es möglich am Freitag auf der Gesamtstrecke = Grand Prix & Nordschleife Einstellfahrten vorzunehmen, dieses Jahr jedoch in einem Block von 3 Stunden Dauer. Samstag werden 2 Gleichmäßigkeitsrennen - Renndetails in der anhängenden PDF Datei - auf für uns abgesperrter Strecke abgehalten, später vormittag ausschließlich Nordschleife und nachmittags Nordschleife plus Grand Prix Strecke. Sonntags früher Mittag ein Showdown mit den CobraŽs und HealeyŽs auf der Grand Prix Strecke.
Samstag Abend ein Marcos Abend mit einem rustikalen Buffet in Rheinbach im Gründer und Technologie Zentrum mit einem Überraschungsgast aus der Marcos Scene. Da die Bestätigung noch nicht 100% vorliegt, sollten Sie sich überraschen lassen. Weiterhin wurde ein straßenzugelassener LM600 avisiert, der es uns erlauben würde ein bisschen die PS Verhältnisse in der Cobra Scene zurecht zu rücken.

Abschließend eine besondere Bitte, da der ADAC die Stellflächen im Fahrerlager möglichst früh planen möchte, wird um Rückmeldung bis zum 31. July gebeten.
English version (at least I will try it and hope everybody can understand it)
we proudly present you the "Marcos Euregio Meeting" in combination with the "Nürburgring Classic" as probably the last Marcos event in the year 2006.
The price will be the same as in 2005 and it will cost you 150 ? for one car including 2 persons. Hotel will be the same as last year and again we can offer a special price for the Marcos group.
Similar to last year we have friday afternoon 3 hours as trackday on the "Nordschleife and the long Grand Prix course", Saturday 2 regularity races - details you will find in the attached PDF -, first race "Nordschleife" only and in the afternoon "Nordschleife & Grand Prix course", Sunday morning on the Grand Prix track 1 hour free driving with the other clubs. So in total you can drive around 6 hours on the Nürburgring mainly "the green hell" for 150 Euros.
Saturday evening we offer again rustical buffet for the teams near to TomŽs garage and have a special guest from the good old Marcos days. Announced is one of the street legal LM600 as well and it will help us to challenge the Cobra Replicas.

Because the ADAC want to know the space for the Marcos Parking in the paddock he asked me if I can tell him end of this month how many Marcos will come. So please send me a mail until the 31. July, what day you will arrive if I shall book you a room in the Hotel.
